one year and the start of another, with a bespoke four-course set menu, designer cocktails

and niche hops.

There will be live stations serving Spanish Cheese Selections, Iberian Pork Charcuterie as

well as classics like Sea bass ceviche & Sea bream tiradito for starters, Seafood Paella,

Suckling Pig, Sea Bream “a la rotena” and Lamb shoulder with Roasted Potatoes for main,

with Creamy White chocolate and coffee, Crema Catalana Foam, and Cheese Cake XXI

century for dessert. This will also be joined by a special ‘Hang Over Tapas’ station.

All packages are competitively prices, with Food and Non Alcoholic Drinks package for AED

595, Food and House Beverages package for AED 795 and Food and Bubbles for AED 995.

El Sur is open daily from 6:00pm to 12:00am; Friday and Saturday from 12:30pm to 1:00am.
