Centrally located at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the venue guarantees to transfer guests to
the heart of Lebanon through the creativity of award winning Chef Ibrahim Ayoub and his
home cooked dishes made with the freshest ingredients, along with live musical talent from
celebrated artists.
Dine and Celebrate
Mazaher have designed a new Dine and Celebrate theme, centered on an exciting
entertainment program from 10:30 – 3:00am. On Mondays, Khaleeji Night brings you true
local entertainment complete with live singers, a DJ and a dancing show. Beirut Nights on
Thursday’s will give guests the perfect excuse to party, and Friday’s Layalina Night will ensure
everyone lets lose!
Ramadan
Everyone deserves to indulge like a king after a day of fasting; Mazaher’s Iftar menu will be
served till 9pm, for just AED 135 along with dates and yallab. The menu includes an
assortment of mouthwatering delicacies such as Stuffed Lamb Ouzi, mixed grill including Shish
Tawook, Lebanese Kofta along with Mazaher’s special desserts and Ramadan juices such as
Tamer Hendi and Kamardin.

Offering a traditional suhoor menu, Mazaher have planned an exciting ‘Al Carte’ menu
consisting of Kebbe Sajiye, Asafir Mtafeye, Saj ending the meal with a special rose ice cream
accompanied by a crisp osmaliye dough and strawberry compote.
Mazaher’s Café will be open from Sunday to Friday at 8:00 am – 10:00 pm while the restaurant
will be open for service from 12:00 pm – 3:00 am.
