Hottest Slavic restaurant in town opens doors on October 10 2015

Dubai, September 2015: Vesna Dubai, the hottest new contemporary Slavic restaurant in

Dubai, is all set to open doors and welcome food connoisseurs from October 10th 2015.

Located in the Mezzanine of the Conrad Hotel Sheikh Zayed Road, the restaurant is all set to

push the boundaries of fine dining in the region.

Vesna, which translates to spring in Russian, features an impressive and contemporary

décor, with a total seating capacity of 155 guests – 105 in the restaurant and 55 in the

lounge bar. Live music will liven up the evenings six days a week, with genres from soul to

jazz, all performed by the talented in-house Vesna pianist and vocalist.

Guests new to Slavic cuisine are encouraged to enjoy Vesna’s signature tasting menus to

truly experience the best of the east. The menu brings unique elements of Eastern European

cuisine,and adds a fresh twist to it to create signature Vesna dishes, like the Ukrainian

borsch with a dash of Indian spices, chicken Kiev in Japanese bread crumbs and home-made

noodles on Italian flour with fresh porcini mushrooms.

Prize Winning Head Chef Maksim Tvorogov is at the helm of all culinary activities at Vesna.

A member of the St. Petersburg club of chefs and regular participant of the body gear on

Channel “Tasty Tips” and “Lunchtime”, Maksim is a celebrity chef who whilst new to Dubai,

is no stranger to the limelight. Bringing celebrity status and a mastery of the culinary arts,

guests should expect only the best for every course during their meal.

As things get hot in the kitchen, the lounge stays chilled, with signature cocktails, indulgent

fine wines and spirits, to be savored with family and friends.
