Dubai, United Arab Emirates – With Dubai Music Week (DMW) 2015 recently confirming that

Jason Derulo will take to the stage of its opening night on Wednesday, September 23rd, Ellie

Goulding on Thursday, September 24th and Thirty Seconds To Mars on Friday, September 25th,

DMW 2015 has now announced two exciting supporting artists. Dubai audiences can look forward

to an energetic set by UAE-based rapper Two Tone, who will open for Jason Derulo as well as

regional favourite Juliana Down, who will open for Thirty Seconds To Mars.

Opening for Thirty Seconds to Mars on the third night of DMW 2015 is Juliana Down, an award-

winning band based in Dubai, often recognized as the leading rock band in the Middle East. The

first band from the UAE to be signed to a major record label, Sony Music Middle East, Juliana

Down is the go-to regional band for stellar supporting sets and have opened for bands such as

Maroon 5, Muse and Guns N Roses. Juliana Down has performed for a multitude of sports and

music events in the region including the Rolling Stone Magazine launch, Dubai Rugby Seven’s, Yas

Drag Race Festival, and The Abu Dhabi Formula One. The band’s creative energy will undoubtedly

be the catalyst for an incredible set by Thirty Seconds To Mars.

Two Tone will return to Dubai stages to wow crowds on the first night of DMW 2015. With a name

that indicates his incredible vocal range and singing talent, Two Tone is a truly international hip

hop phenomenon. As an MC, Two Tone made a name for himself alongside other international

street rap pioneers, like Ice-T and Krayzie Bone from the world famous Bone Thugs-N-Harmony.

He worked with producer and video director QF from Surinam, as well as several Dutch hip hop

artists, and in the past five years focused on building his own music label Selfmade Entertainment

DXB. In a subtle nod to his roots, Two Tone is well known for referencing Arabic culture and

sounds on his track, which also pays homage to his home, Dubai. Performing hits such as

“Señorita”, Two Tone is definitely going to properly set the stage for Jason Derulo.
