master-classes scheduled this September. The award-winning steakhouse located in

the heart of DIFC is set to stun grape lovers with a glamorous spread of wine and food

menus.

Mendoza Master Class

Join Gaucho on Tuesday, 1st September as they progress to the Mendoza region,

famed for bringing Argentine Malbec to the world stage between 7:30pm to 10:30pm.

This masterclass will include a special selection of 5 wines and delectable bites,

including Tuna Ceviche Spoons, 100g Ancho, 100g Lomo and Dulce de Leche

cheesecake.

Infused Argentina Master Class

This gastronomic dining experience on Tuesday, 15th September showcases the

ultimate in Argentine infusions. Offered between 7:30pm to 10:30pm, enjoy this lovingly

prepared menu that allows diners the opportunity to witness Gaucho’s Executive Chef

Jamie Robertson’s undeniable talent and creativity.

Gaucho Mirada – every Wednesday

At heart a street dance, there is nothing quite like the passion and drama of the

Argentine Tango. Every Wednesday from 9:00pm onwards, experience three thrilling

performances while dining and allow Gaucho to transport guests to the streets of

Buenos Aires.

Gaucho Brunch – every Friday

Indulge in a gastronomic Argentine brunch concept, sure to become a favorite among

Dubai’s multifaceted brunch scene. The a la carte brunch centered on Gaucho’s famous

Argentine beef, will serve up signature sumptuous steaks and mouth-watering seafood,

along with vegetarian options designed to suit all palates, leaving diners always coming

back for more. Begin the brunch with a ‘make your own’ Bloody Mary station, followed

by a selection of delectable appetizers, main courses and desserts. All starters and

desserts can be ordered as often as desired, satisfying the most indulgent appetites.

Gaucho Brunch is served every Friday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. The Asado brunch is

for AED 320 per person including soft drinks. The Signature brunch is for AED 395 per

person including soft drinks and selected house beverages. The Virtuoso brunch is for

AED 495 per person including selected house beverages and sparkling Argentine.

Gaucho Roast – every Saturday

There is nothing more iconic than a roast with an Argentine twist, especially when

enjoyed with friends and family. Promising to be an unforgettable dining experience,

Gaucho will be serving two delectable roast options with all the classic trimmings, every

Saturday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. Specially tailored to suit each and every palate, the

new handcrafted roast menu will offer guests the chance to complete the weekend in

exceptional Gaucho style with outstanding food and good company. The Gaucho Roast

is for AED 185 per person and The Asado is for AED 350 for two people.

Business Lunch

Feast upon a delightful business lunch between 12:00pm to 3:00pm Sunday to

Thursday. The set menus are priced at two courses for AED 120, three courses for AED

145 and four courses for AED 165.
