Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Live Nation Middle East is proud to announce that BLAZE The Show,

a high energy non-stop street dance and break dance show will be aligned alongside a BLAZE

Masterclass, hosted by none other than the extraordinarily talented BLAZE team. With the BLAZE

dancers specialising in the fields of breaking, tapping, popping, locking and hip hop, ten lucky

winners will get the chance to learn a multitude of different dance styles from the very best in the

world on this Masterclass held on Monday, August 17th from 6:30pm to 9:30pm at DUCTAC, Mall

of the Emirates.

Any dancing prodigies may apply simply by submitting a fifteen second dance video on Facebook

or Instagram using the hashtag #BLAZEDXB to qualify. Just as BLAZE dancers have gained masterful

levels in many different types of dance, so the contestants should aim to showcase styles and

moves that will set them apart from the rest. Dance entries will be accepted between Friday, July

17th and Friday, August 7th.

Judging is always a difficult task, but none are more up to the challenge than two of BLAZE’s own,

Jessy Kemper and Virgil Dey. BLAZE team captain, Jessy ‘Jazzy Gypz’ Kemper, is a professional

dancer and B-Boy who has worked with the likes of breakdancing super-group The Ruggeds, as

well as Rita Ora. Also a multitalented dancer and B-Boy, Virgil ‘Sky Chief’ Dey is a true professional

in many facets of dance, also working with The Ruggeds. This experienced pair will be a huge asset

to the judging panel, as they certainly have an eye for talent. This gifted duo will also be joined by

renowned Dubai based choreographer Daniel Lee from Jam Packed Productions.

Names of the ten dancers who will be accepted in to the Masterclass will be announced on

Monday, August 10th. This Masterclass will allow the successful contestants the chance of a

lifetime. They will be trained and taught by the BLAZE team gaining insider access to all of the best

tips and tricks that make BLAZE the Show a worldwide phenomenon.

BLAZE the Show will be live at Centrepoint Theatre, DUCTAC, Mall of the Emirates from Thursday,

August 20th to Saturday, August 22nd. It is a main event of this year’s Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS

2015), the biggest summer celebration in the region. With two shows per day over the weekend at

2:30pm and 7:30pm, Dubai audiences will be treated to thrilling feats of urban dance, performed

and choreographed by some of the brightest urban dance names.
